Yikes. This makes me ashamed to be a Tilghman graduate.

I’m beginning to see Tilghman as the Gonzaga of Kentucky HS basketball… the biggest chokers around. Tilghman has been in the state tournament more times than any other school that has never won a title… only made it out of the second round twice, and the two times they did, they ended up on the short end of the two biggest final-game blowouts since WWII (or maybe two of the three biggest).

As a Tilghman grad myself, would like to point out that Dale might want to check his facts. PT has made it out of the second round more than the two times he cites; most notably reaching the final four in 1999 and losing in overtime to defending champs Scott Co. (with Rick Jones, Scott Hundley, & co.) on a call that had a packed house at Rupp infuriated.
